If you are a builder in Indiana, and are building a home using NIPSCO natural gas the premium energy efficient equipment being promoted through the EnergyHarvest New Construction Rebate Program will help your customers save energy and money. Also, it will help differentiate yourself as someone who offers your customers environmentally conscious solutions. A list of eligible appliances and products is available using the links below.

Energy Savings for New Construction Homes

Indirect Domestic Hot Water (DHW) tank combo with natural gas boiler
Must be 90% AFUE or higher. Primary use must be for water heating.

Residential natural gas boiler
Must be 90% AFUE or higher.
Primary use must be for space heating.

Natural gas furnace
Must be 92% AFUE or higher. Home must use natural gas for all space heating needs. Dual fuel systems are NOT eligible.

Must be 0.82 EF or higher.
