Don’t forget to enclose A COPY of ONE of the following documents so we can verify ownership as requested in the application:

• Real Estate Tax Statement (most recent)    
• Deed    
• Other documentation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As well as A COPY of any of the following documents to verify your income level:

• Social Security statement or award letter
• Paycheck stubs (last 3 months)
• Pension check stubs (last 3 months)

IMPORTANT: Since documents will not be returned, please DO NOT send originals.

Your application will be processed and you will receive a letter within 30 days of receipt informing you that your application has either been approved or denied because you did not meet the eligibility requirements.   If approved, your application will be forwarded to a local energy service provider who will contact you to schedule the assessment and explain the process for implementing improvements.
