ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RIDER TO INDUSTRIAL POWER SERVICE
RATE SCHEDULES 832 AND 833

ADJUSTMENT FOR TAX
The Customer shall be billed for any increase or decrease in the Indiana Gross Income Tax from the base of 1.15% which applies to the net bill.
ADJUSTMENT FOR CUSTOMER’S PEAK PERIOD LAGGING REACTIVE KILOVOLT AMPERES
The number of Reactive Kilovolt Amperes shall be computed in accordance with Rate Schedule 832 or 833 on which the Customer is receiving electric power service. The requirement for Reactive Kilovolt Amperes will be divided in the same proportion that total contracted capacity, including service under this rider, is proportioned between Rate Schedule 832 or 833 on which the Customer is receiving electric power service and this rider.
