This is an experimental Rider to Rate Schedule 833 to be effective for service supplied on and after the effective date of this Rider through December 31, 1995.

This Rider is available to Industrial Customers for energy utilized in air separation facilities producing industrial gases, which facilities have alternate energy source facilities installed.

A Customer requesting service hereunder is required to enter into an agreement for service under the provision of this Rider. Said agreement shall specify the electrical capacity to be supplied under the provisions of this Rider.

Upon approval by the Commission of the written agreement between the Customer and the Company governing the application of this Rider IGP to a specific electrical load of the Customer, the terms of such written agreement, solely as between the Customer and the Company, shall be deemed to be a part of the Rider IGP.

The electric service and energy supplied hereunder shall be billed under all of the rate provisions, including all applicable adjustments, of Rate Schedule 833; however, because of the Customer’s alternative energy availability, the rate charged will be adjusted by an electric price adjustment.

The Customer and the Company shall determine, based on actual operational data, the volume of alternate energy required to power alternate energy driven equipment to equal electric requirements on electric driven facilities. A base rate adjustment will be determined which will encourage the use of electric driven equipment instead of alternate energy driven equipment. The base rate adjustment will be customer specific, the provisions of which and resulting adjustment factors will be filed with and approved by the Commission.

Any written agreement submitted by the Company for approval under this Rider IGP and approved by the Commission shall be filed with the Commission as a separate Sub-Rider designated Rider IGP (insert sequential number).
