RATE FOR GAS SERVICE
MULTIPLE FAMILY HOUSING

TO WHOM AVAILABLE

Available to Customers requiring service in ZONE A and ZONE B (See Index) through a single meter to residential buildings or residential developments containing more than one building, provided that an underground distribution system for such service was at January 7, 1975, owned and operated by such Customer on such Customer's property; which availability is limited to such Customer owning and operating such underground distribution system and shall not be available to any successor or assign of such Customer.

CHARACTER OF SERVICE

This rate applies to gas having a monthly average total heating value of approximately 1,000 British thermal units (Btu) per cubic foot.

CONTRACT FOR GAS SERVICE

The Company may require a contract for service in accordance with its standard policies. The Company may require a deposit to guarantee payment as provided by Rule 10 of the Company's General Rules and Regulations Applicable to Gas Service.

RATE

Customer Charge

$2.50 per dwelling unit including the charge for 2 therms per dwelling unit per month.

Commodity Charge

49.44 cents per therm for the first 5,000 therms less 2 therms per dwelling

48.75 cents per therm for the next 5,000 therms used per month

47.94 cents per therm for the next 25,000 therms used per month

46.28 cents per therm for all over 35,000 therms used per month

MINIMUM PAYMENT

The Customer's minimum monthly payment under this rate schedule shall be the Customer Charge plus the Rate Adjustment.

CORRECTION OF METERED QUANTITIES FOR BILLING

For the purpose of billing under this schedule, a therm shall be one hundred cubic feet of gas at a temperature of 60° F, at an absolute pressure of 14.65 pounds per square inch, having an average total heating value equivalent to 100,000 British thermal units (Btu). Metered quantities of gas, corrected for temperature and pressure conditions, shall be adjusted for Btu content by multiplying by the average heating value per cubic foot of gas, as determined for the latest monthly period available, and dividing by 1,000.

DEFERRED PAYMENT

All bills under this schedule shall be rendered and due monthly. If not paid within seventeen (17) days after the bill is mailed, there shall be added to bills of $3.00 or less, 10% of the amount of the bill; and to bills in excess of $3.00 there shall be added 10% of the first $3.00 plus 3% of the amount of the bill in excess of $3.00.

RATE ADJUSTMENT

This rate is subject to the Gas Cost Adjustment stated in Appendix A - Sheet No. 22.
