The following rate is available to the United States of America, the State of Indiana, any municipal corporation, and any agency or agencies owned by any one of them, and any "Housing Authority" under the "Housing Authorities Act" of Indiana, upon written application in any case where the gas purchased hereunder is to be used in one federal, state or municipal low cost housing or slum clearance project in ZONE A (See Index).

This rate applies only to gas having a heating value of approximately 1,000 British thermal units (Btu) per cubic foot. Gas service as supplied under this schedule will be rendered through one meter only. The Company will extend its mains to a convenient point or points, to be selected by the Company, on the boundary line of the premises owned by the Customer. The Customer will provide at his expense all distribution lines, service, meters and other equipment beyond the point of metering by the Company.

As a condition precedent to the Company supplying service under this schedule, the Customer shall enter into a written contract with the Company for a suitable initial contract period. In case the rates in effect under this schedule at the time of making any such contract are thereafter raised by authority of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, the Customer under such contract shall have the right to discontinue service at any time within sixty (60) days from the date the rate increase becomes effective, upon giving the Company at least ten (10) days' written notice of his election so to do.
