RATE FOR GAS SERVICE
COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL UNDER RULE 32 PROVISIONS
(SPACEHEATING AND/OR WATERHEATING WHERE GAS IS USED
IN COMBINATION WITH A STANDBY FUEL FOR PEAK LOAD RELIEF)

TO WHOM AVAILABLE

Available to COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL SPACEHEATING and/or WATERHEATING Customers, upon entering into a written contract; provided, however, that such gas consuming equipment shall be located at a point adjacent to one of the Company's gas mains where it has a sufficient supply for the service to be furnished hereunder, in ZONE A and ZONE B (See Index).

CHARACTER OF SERVICE

This rate applies to gas having a monthly average total heating value of approximately 1,000 British thermal units (Btu) per cubic foot.

When required by the Company, the Customer will supply a suitable fireproof building or fireproof room within a building on the Customer's premises at or near the property line in accordance with plans and specifications furnished by the Company. Such building will house the meters, regulators and other equipment to be installed by the Company for determining the volume of gas delivered to the Customer. Such building is to be well ventilated and provided with heat and electric light, if so specified by the Company.

Service under this rate schedule shall be available under the terms and provisions of Rule 32 of the Company's General Rules and Regulations Applicable to Gas Service.

RATE

Customer Charge

$216.00 per month

Commodity Charge

48.61 cents per therm for the first 30,000 therms used per month

45.38 cents per therm for all over 30,000 therms used per month

MINIMUM PAYMENT

Customer's minimum payment under this rate shall be the Customer Charge plus the Rate Adjustment.

CORRECTION OF METERED QUANTITIES FOR BILLING

For the purpose of billing under this schedule, a therm shall be one hundred cubic feet of gas at a temperature of 60° F, at an absolute pressure of 14.65 pounds per square inch, having an average total heating value equivalent to 100,000 British thermal units (Btu). Metered quantities of gas, corrected for temperature and pressure conditions, shall be adjusted for Btu content by multiplying by the average heating value per cubic foot of gas, as determined for the latest monthly period available, and dividing by 1,000.
