The term "Operational Flow Order" is an order declared by a transporting pipeline that increases the otherwise normal charges for failure to comply with specific operational constraints.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Service hereunder is subject to the Company's General Rules and Regulations Applicable to Gas Service as approved by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission from time to time, to the extent that they are not in conflict with or inconsistent with the specific provisions of this tariff.
