RATE ADJUSTMENT
Pursuant to Cause No. 42722, approved by Order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on December 15, 2004, a surcharge with the purpose of funding a pilot low income energy assistance program may be passed through to customers on specified tariff rates as set forth by means of a monthly charge. Effective for all bills rendered during the November 2007 through May 2009 billing months, the Low Income Energy Assistance Program Surcharge shall be as follows:

Note: Customer may elect to pay the monthly charge by way of an annual payment.
