Northern Indiana Companies Among Best Places to Work

Friday, April 10, 2015

“These are organizations that demonstrate to their employees through their culture, communication, career opportunities, benefits and more how much they value their contributions to the overall success and bottom line,” said Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar. A record number of applicants were considered this year, which Brinegar says has only made the program even more competitive.

Every company that participated receives an in-depth evaluation that will help identify their strengths and weaknesses, according to input from their employees. The actual rankings won’t be announced until May 7th at an awards dinner, but we do know who made the list in each category.
