Precision Products Group

  • Maryland-based manufacturer moving headquarters to Carmel, IN and increasing its presence in Fort Wayne, IN
  • Eventually full production load will be shifted to Indiana as equipment is moved to its Paramount Tube and Aardvark Straws subsidiary facilities in Fort Wayne, IN
  • Creating up to 18 new jobs in Indiana by the end of 2016



Triyar/Cannon Co.

  • LA-based real estate investment group plans major development in Elkhart, IN
  • Announced plans for $50 million Concord Towne Center, including redevelopment of the current Concord Mall
  • Project will progress in phases, and once completed the developer expects it to generate $150 to $200 million each year for the city and region


Franciscan Alliance

  • Healthcare network building major cancer center in Munster, IN
  • Investing $46 million to construct and equip the 83,500 sq. ft. facility
  • Facility will include radiation oncology treatment, two linear accelerators, medical oncology-infusion therapy with a 15-chair infusion center for chemotherapy, a full-service breast center with mammography screenings and bone density testing, and a retail center with apparel designed for cancer patients
  • Broke ground on the new construction in early April


Indiana Composites LLC

  • Subsidiary of Angola-based IMP Holdings, will manufacture fiberglass components for the marine, RV and specialty vehicle markets
  • Investing $3.95 million to purchase, renovate and equip a 75,000 sq. ft. facility in Bourbon, IN
  • Some operations will begin spring 2016 with the plant fully operation by early 2017
  • Creating up to 198 jobs by 2019


MonoSol LLC

  • Manufacturer of films for “pods” for laundry and dishwasher detergent, among other uses, expanding in Portage, IN
  • After a global search, all signs pointed to Portage (where another MonoSol facility already exists) for the new plant
  • Investing $95 million in this construction and expansion
  • Factors in the decisions included work force, labor relations and proximity to large markets like Chicago
  • Adding 150 new jobs

Nuco Steel Bar Technologies LLC

  • Steel bar manufacturer launching operations in Valparaiso, IN
  • Investing $37 million in construction of the new mill at the Airport Industrial Park
  • Construction will begin in May for the 150,000 sq. ft. facility
  • Creating up to 50 new jobs by 2019


C&K Tool (d.b.a. Eva-Lution)

  • Contract manufacturer based in Angola, IN
  • Investing in new equipment for grinding, Swiss Turning and etching
  • Hiring 9 new workers as a result of the expanded capabilities
