  • Indiana-based RV component manufacturer has completed acquisition of an Italy-based company, Sessa Klein S.p.A.
  • Acquisition deal has a $8.5 million value
  • Sessa Klein manufactures side window systems for high-speed and commuter trains

  • Performance-grade trailer manufacturer held a grand opening for its new cargo trailer plant in Bristol, IN

  • Bakery is located in TIF district and also received a property tax abatement by the town

  • Investing $400,000 to build a 15,000 sq. ft. new facility
  • Creating up to 5 new jobs
  • Plymouth City Council approved seven-year real property tax abatement

Elkay Wood Products

  • Cabinet, sink and plumbing fixture manufacturer expanding operations in Culver, IN
  • Investing $3.9 million to improve existing facility
  • Thought not reported to create any new jobs, it is currently one of the town’s largest employers
  • The Culver Town Council approved a 10-year tax abatement for the project
