  • Logistics and supply chain management provider has opened its third facility in Elkhart, IN, where the company is based
  • 200,000 sq. ft. distribution center is a $6.2 million investment
  • New facility includes warehouse amenities as well as conference, collaboration and event space

Lippert Components Inc.

  • Elkhart-based RV company has acquired the marine and RV seating business of another Elkhart-based company, Lexington LLC
  • Represents a $40 million deal

Patrick Industries

  • Major manufacturer of component products for various industries acquired three new manufacturing companies
  • Purchased Leisure Product Enterprises LLC (LPE), gaining the manufacturing capabilities of LPE’s three subsidiaries (Marine Concepts/Design Concepts, Florida Marine Tanks and Marine Electrical Products)
  • Approximate purchase price for LPE was $73.5 million


Sullivan Group

  • Design and print production services company expanding
  • Increasing demand by health care, music, boating and manufacturing industry clients led to need for greater production and customer service capabilities
  • Doubling existing workforce with 30 new jobs by 2020
  • Investing $700,000 towards this expansion

  • 100,000 sq. ft. hospital

Communications Test Design Inc.

  • Pennsylvania-based engineering, repair and logistics company breaking ground within the Portage Prairie Industrial Park
  • New 315,000 sq. ft. facility will meet the needs of the growing company, which has had a presence in South Bend, IN for nearly 30 years
  • Construction expected to be complete in February 2018

  • Off-road utility vehicle designer, manufacturer and distributor moving operations from Louisiana to Columbia City, IN
  • Investing over $4 million to lease and equip a 112,000 sq. ft. facility to serve as the company’s headquarters
  • Consolidating operations from both Roseland, Louisiana and Fort Wayne, Indiana at the new location
  • Production is expected to begin in September 2017
  • Creating up to 67 new jobs by 2020
