  • New facility includes warehouse amenities as well as conference, collaboration and event space

Lippert Components Inc.

  • Elkhart-based RV company has acquired the marine and RV seating business of another Elkhart-based company, Lexington LLC
  • Represents a $40 million deal

Patrick Industries

  • Major manufacturer of component products for various industries acquired three new manufacturing companies
  • Purchased Leisure Product Enterprises LLC (LPE), gaining the manufacturing capabilities of LPE’s three subsidiaries (Marine Concepts/Design Concepts, Florida Marine Tanks and Marine Electrical Products)
  • Approximate purchase price for LPE was $73.5 million

  • Design and print production services company expanding
  • Increasing demand by health care, music, boating and manufacturing industry clients led to need for greater production and customer service capabilities
  • Doubling existing workforce with 30 new jobs by 2020
  • Investing $700,000 towards this expansion

  • Consolidating operations from both Roseland, Louisiana and Fort Wayne, Indiana at the new location
