NIPSCO, TRC, its affiliates, subsidiaries and subcontractors do not offer warranties on any equipment/products or information provided to me pursuant to the Online Marketplace program.  NIPSCO, TRC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or its subcontractors do not warrant or guarantee that customer will experience any cost savings as a result of utilizing any equipment/products or by implementing any suggestions provide to customer.  Individual equipment/products are covered solely and exclusively by manufacturer warranties.  Initiating claims under any manufacturer warranty is the sole responsibility and remedy of the customer.
