Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) is pleased to announce the grand reopening of its Gary Business Office at 3229 Broadway on May 17, 2022, complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony to commence at 11:00 a.m. CT.
Customers who prefer to do business in person are invited to visit the walk-in facility and take advantage of the same services offered when calling NIPSCO’s Customer Care Center, such as:
- Obtaining balance and billing information
- Starting, stopping and moving service
- Setting up payment arrangements
- Enrolling in the budget plan1
- Acquiring information on energy assistance
- Making payments using cash, check or money orders
office, such as:
- Convenient entrance and parking options
- Access to the Gary Bus System route
- Proximity to the 80/94 interstate exit and Indiana University Northwest campus
The office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. After business hours, customers can deposit payments in the NIPSCO drop box located to the right of the building’s main entrance.
