Add New Gas Line

Want to convert or add natural gas to your existing home? You can add gas service to your current home to get the savings and comfort of natural gas for years to come. In general, if your neighbors use natural gas, our service is likely available in your neighborhood.

Add New Appliance, Pool Heater, Generator or Water Heater

If you want to add new equipment or appliances to your home that already has our service, we can make sure you have enough energy to support your improvements. Start here:

  1. Complete our Service Application. You can also call 1-844-809-8921 to place an order with a customer service representative.
  2. We'll also ask you to send us approved site plans if necessary. We'll process your application and assign team members to follow up with you and focus on your needs.
  3. Before we schedule construction, you'll need to ensure all private underground facilities are marked, land or lot is within 6" of final grade, a clear path for the lines and meter is available, and the Buried Hazards Form is completed. You may also be required to make a payment or complete inspections. When those steps are complete, contact your engineer.
  4. We will schedule the project for construction.

Move Electric or Gas Line

There are a variety of reasons you could need to move an electric or gas line, including adding on to your home or adding an additional building that would be over the line. If you need to relocate a gas line for any reason, please call us at 1-844-809-8921 to begin the process.

Remove Electric or Gas Line

It's not safe to demolish a building until you're sure both the electric and gas service is completely disconnected. If you don't, you could be liable for damages. If you're not sure if service has been disconnected or not, it's always best to call us and we can check for you. Here's how to ensure we're out of your way for your demolition:

  • Call us at 1-844-809-8921 at least 30 days in advance to make an abandonment request.
  • Also, be sure to call 811 to have all underground utilities located before demolition or any excavation.

Are you building a new home?

Ensure natural gas and electric service are available for your home and experience the savings for years to come. Let us know as soon as possible that you're building a new home and we'll talk you through the process. We'll come out to install your service line and meter once your home has all four walls, most construction is complete and your appliances are in place.
