Residential New Construction Program 

Local builders and developers who construct new energy efficient homes can take advantage of incentives and rebates offered through NIPSCO’s Residential New Construction Program. Qualifications and eligibility requirements may be found in the chart below.

Do I qualify?

The rebates listed below are limited to qualifying HERS certifications completed between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. The program offering requires equipment packages in addition to the HERS rating per the tables below.

How to apply
