Northern Indiana Public Service Company (“NIPSCO”) will submit to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval under its 30-Day Filing procedures, 170 IAC 1-6-1, et seq. a revised Rule 15 – Gas Cost Incentive Mechanism and revised Rule 16 – Capacity Release Sharing Mechanism of its IURC Gas Service Tariff, Original Volume No. 8. The revisions impact customers currently taking service under Rates 111, 115, 121 and 125. A decision on the 30-Day Filing is anticipated at least thirty days after the May 15, 2020 filing date. Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC (“NIPSCO”) will submit to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval under its 30-Day Filing procedures, 170 IAC 1-6-1, et seq., a revision to the monthly demand charge in Rate 128 – Large Transportation and Balancing Service, and Rate 138 – General Transportation and Balancing Service in NIPSCO’s IURC Gas Service Tariff, Original Volume No. 8. The referenced filing will impact NIPSCO Customers taking service under Rates 128 and 138. A decision on the 30-Day Filing is anticipated at least thirty days after the April 17, 2020 filing date. Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC (“NIPSCO”) will submit to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval under its 30-Day Filing procedures, 170 IAC 1-6-1, et seq., a revised Rider 878 – Purchases from Cogeneration Facilities and Small Power Production Facilities (“Cogen Rider”). The referenced filing will consist of NIPSCO’s proposed revisions to update its energy and capacity rate schedule for purchases from cogeneration and small power production facilities. A decision on the 30-Day Filing is anticipated at least thirty days after the February 24, 2020 filing date.
